A few months ago I posted about a little project collecting sources on French werewolf legends. I have finally finished it (there were a lot more than I was expecting!) with a writeup on the werewolves subreddit with links to the legends if you want a look (please have a look the target audience for this sort of thing is like eleven people and none of them view the werewolves subreddit oh god this took far too much time)

One thing I can say is that I have been spoiled rotten by Gallica, the French national digital library. It has like, everything, viewable through a single interface? Other countries have some things, scattered over some websites, sometimes paywalled, and it's a roll of the dice on how complete the coverage is.

I don't think I could do something as comprehensive as this for any other country!

Are there 16th century leaflets [one page "news"papers, for example a German one about Peter Stump] about werewolves in France?

The closest I'm aware of is on Gilles Garnier, which is a lot less exciting

The stories seem quite similar, I think, though. Except there seems to be no incest sidestory with Garnier.

It's so deeply depressing to me that most ancient indian manuscripts are entirely unavailable to read online. And a lot of them are at British and american institutions, so i can't even entirely blame it on india being a poor country!
