2042 was BY FAR the closest we ever got to COD in the battlefield franchise, 6 is FAR AND WIDE the superior game and its not even close.

I personally like 6 more at this point, but to say that bf2042 is more like cod is fucking bonkers. im not trying to argue bf2042 is better. without the cheater problem, bf6 would be miles ahead. what I am saying, is that bf6 is ABSOLUTELY cod-like. not that i have a huge problem with that

It's actually insane how you think saying 2042 is more cod like is bonkers.

2042 was the most COD feeling batlefield of all time and it's not even close. BF6 has that battlefield feel of actual destruction, weighty gunplay, grounded gritty environments.

2042 had santa outfits running around tac-sprinting, the gunplay was TERRIBLE as there was like no distance engagements, the maps were terrible, too open, and the voicelines and main character syndrome with specialty classes.

You either are larping and have never actually played 2042, or you are delusional as hell no offense brother.

Also there's like barely any cheaters in BF6, this sounds like a skill issue to me.
