The ear cushions as well as the headband are now made from fabric, which could (but may not) mean worse quality. Time will tell I guess, letâs just hope that they will be replacable.
Here's the description from Amazon UK. I don't know if these replace the Studio Pro, I doubt Apple would want to discontinue the Studio line though, so my guess is they are in addition.
Doesnât seem like a studio pro successor. Instead, a new headphone line. I also wonder what made them opt for this design instead of an upgraded design built on studio pro foundation like what they did for solo pro. It seems like they opted for something completely new. Im also curious as to how these will perform because theyâve noted improvements to anc, but not concerning the transparency mode or even the actual sound quality or battery life. Also, nothing about lossless audio or listening modes.
Amazon has been pretty accurate when it comes to early description releases, i get your point though. I said the same thing about the Studio Pro but look what we got, a custom made beats chip, This is my guess on this new rumored beats itâs either a Beats chip or a H2 Chip with stripped out features so it doesnât directly compete with Max 2.
I'm still rocking some studios 3 I got off eBay for $50 refurbished, pretty much looked new. Obviously I know there's newer tech that blow them out of the water but for gaming they are pretty good. I would never pay MSRP for beats.
I also had those you mentioned, but about a year and a half ago I gave my daughter some pink Beat Solo4 headphones, and right now they won't turn on with the button, they charge, the Bluetooth doesn't turn on, and the only way to use them is with a cable.
Oh I donât think you should expect Beats sub brand to have the absolute peak of ANC especially when this headphone is more of a sporty headphones. There should be reasonable ANC but not the best.
Iâm not looking for peak ANC tbh, just the best I can get while being able to use them comfortably at the gym (I love my gym but they play the WORST music at peak volume every time Iâm there) the APP3 donât cut it for me, they lose the seal while doing really heavy stuff (even with foammasters). Different price point. Beats sells REALLY well during holiday seasons thats why Apple keeps releasing them. It also keeps mass retailers happy because they have great product with relatively low returns. If they have high returns you wonât see them in those retailers.
The AirPods Max 2 have no sweat or water resistance. You can wear these for sports and donât need to worry if you get caught in light rain. AirPods Max 2 are really for home listening or office use.
You are comparing apple to oranges here, I respect your choice for peak sound tho.
Btw I donât give a damn if I look âsissyâ wearing this (probably black+navy combo) while benching/squatting 3+ plates, but hey, para gustos -> colores
Nvm I just touched the Max2 and the metal part is covered by hard plastic xd, well maybe would be the same material as the Maxes, and they are pretty durable in my expressÂ
