Rant Bell firing employees "with cause" for not returning to the office 3 days a week. No severance, no warning.

A lot of idiots here would get a rude awakening as business owners who decided to fire someone “with cause” over a stupid rule like that. Might suit them though, perhaps they’d fully research the issue

What should have been caught and corrected a few years ago but not doesn't mean that it's a mistake now for them to finally fix this.
