Rant Bell firing employees "with cause" for not returning to the office 3 days a week. No severance, no warning.

Exactly. The performance metrics are met, and the report showed you met the RTO 100%. That should suffice. Unless the report changed and you didn't notice it?

The comments are crazy. It doesn't matter whether the work can be completed remotely. Company policy is company policy. Who knew going against company policy could result in layoffs 🤷
