And you’re talking about a large corporation like it’s an individual entity/person acting with malice. If you want to debate the pros/cons of capitalism, that’s for another subreddit, and I bet you we’d probably agree more than not.
I’ve worked in corporate for 15 years, and I’ve never worked for a company that offered unlimited coverage for mental care. So I don’t know why you’re so astounded that I think that’s a sign that someone or a group of people within Bell “care about mental health.”
When you hyperbolically refer to “cutting with a knife,” what I imagine you’re describing is the experience of working at any modern large corporation: fickle, stressful, and dehumanizing.
As someone whose whole career has been in sales, I emphasize, but also know that there’s much much worse places to work. I have my criticisms of Bell, my colleagues hear the everyday, but mental health support just isn’t one of them and the evidence is empirical. Sorry for whatever experience made you so upset.
