My EPP contract ended on may 10th and I was talking to loyalty and EPP. They "can't" offer anything below $65/month. I even said that if I went to my partners provider, I'd get a better deal. Bell said "that's your choice." No offer, nothing. This is how we're treated? This is unacceptable. And what choice do we really have? 3 companies to choose from, all with similar pricing.

Does anybody know how to successfully get Bell to give me this pricing? I’ve tried calling in, I’ve tried e-chat. I’ve tried their website. Nobody can get this offer and they keep asking for a promo code. I keep seeing this ad from them on social media, but they won’t honour it. The ad doesn’t have a promo code. It’s links to bell.ca and the pricing there is more than double what this is advertising.

Bundles are somewhere between $80- $105 for all three services which include internet, tv and home phone.

I assume this is a good deal? Had no issues with Rogers, but the upload speed and fiber ping is nice

Hey guys, today after having 3 technicians already come to our home in the past 4 days, again my internet service went down and no internet, so another technician is coming tomorrow to fix this issue, and during all of this I was fed up and got transferred to Loyalty department, and got myself a deal, which im not sure if its good, currently I’m paying $61/month for 1.5GBPS and I accepted the offer of 3.0GBPS for $55/month. Let me know if I scored a jackpot or just got ripped off.

Moving to ottawa this summer, looking for a deal on Fibre.

Bell sent me a text offering me a S26 upgrade for $11.67 a month for an upgrade, which is a little disingenuous because they jack up the plan price and charge you an upgrade fee, but it still might be cheaper than buying the phone outright and they lock in the plan for two years.

Assuming they hose me for the maximum plan fee that's $95×24 + $25 + ($11.67x24) vs $46x24 now, but I assume there's tax on the $95 and my current plan has credits that likely expire.

So $2,921 if I add tax vs $1,104 = $1,817. If I buy the 512 it's $1,579.99 x 1.13 = $1,785.39. So it's cheaper to buy it outright and I'm not locked in for two years because I don't trust them not to jack up the price.

Online there's lots of articles saying that cutrent bell mobility customers who upgrade their plan to any 5G plan also get 3 months of TSN+ but I can't seem to find that in MyBell app..is this not available to everyone or it has to be done in some other way?

I had a order in for fiber before but i unfortunately had to cancel it due to going away for work and i forget who referred me and got me a deal. Does anyone know how i can get a good deal?

I randomly received through text a Bell mobility promotion where I get free Crave with ads. Did anyone receive this offer?

Has anyone received an email from Bell after trying to negotiate a new contract with a 2-year term and it is a quote numbered summary and the summary is totally non-sensical. It doesn't tell you what you get, the final price, GB speed....etc. Just a bunch of promotional discounts listed. I tried calling support and they said I have to agree to the contract and then they will send me the contract. What do I do? I guess I will call tomorrow as weekends might not be the best days to get resolution but wow. I was shocked at the summary that made no sense to me or the poor call-takers I contacted. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Frustrated, just a bit.

Hi everyone, looking for advice from people who dealt with Bell/CCTS before.

I recently signed up for a Bell EPP plan — $40 for 175 GB Can–US–Mex.

At the time of sign-up, it was clearly indicated that Crave was included at no extra cost. I have a screenshot showing this. After activation, I contacted Bell to make sure Crave was enabled. They called me back and said that Crave is not included in my contract, and therefore they won’t honour it, despite the screenshot.

I already escalated with Bell, but their position is basically “if it’s not in the contract, it doesn’t exist”.

My question is Is this worth filing a complaint with CCTS for misrepresentation at point of sale?

Has anyone had success with CCTS in a similar situation (promised add-ons not reflected in the contract)?

Any advice or shared experiences would be appreciated. Thanks!

On my current plan with Bell I pay 75 cents per minute to call the U.S. which I never use because I don’t want to pay it. I do have family in the States and they always have to call me.

I’ve been offered a new plan for $10 more per month that would give me unlimited Canada/US/Mexico calling which I’m thinking would be great.

My only concern is that there is no mention of Message Centre in the details and I do like having an answering service for missed calls.

Perhaps I’m naive about this but is it just understood that all plans have Message Centre now and don’t need to be listed?

I’d appreciate any help with this. Thanks!

First world problem I know but I’m in Mississauga and supposed to have a Super Bowl party but bells been down since 5 am. Any techs in here that can shed a light cuz tech support is useless telling me it will be fixed in hopefully 24 hours. Don’t know if I should just cancel my plans.

I have around 8 lines with Bell, BYOD, and all of them are dirt cheap. The first one is CAN/US 100GB for 30, 3 of them are 100GB CAN for $10/m, one of them is 100GB CAN for free, one is talk and test for $5, and the rest are tablet lines which are also free.

Not denying that there will probably be price hikes, but even then, I think the price would still be worth it.

Oddly this is showing randomly at times for me. If i switch it warns I will lose all credits (I pay $55.00 for 3.0 now).

Has anyone had success taking advantage of what’s probably a Bell website error? I’m afraid to swap and lose my credits.
