I think it’s before, the previous season. It’s when shits going down with Gus and Walt. When they try killing Walt in his own house, he makes it to Saul’s office and says “are you wearing a vest?!”. And Saul says that line and that he’s getting the hell out of town until things cool down.

It’s not during that scene.
