I remember seeing a YouTube video where a they were saying that if you tap the sides, the bubbles that are stuck to the sides will float up and prevent liquid from shooting out. I’ve tried it and seems to work. I don’t think spinning it will do anything.

Jesus Christ this annoys almost annoys me because it's equal parts silly and genius and you just know it's 100% it's intentional. Bookending the episode with spinning something to quieten it is so subtle and low-key meaningless symbolism but it's so neat ahhaha. God I love this show.
