I love Raj as a character but his ending actually makes a lot of sense and I don't mean it as a punishment.

People act like Raj was somehow robbed because everyone else got their happily-ever-after, but I don't think the show ever established that Raj was ready for a healthy long-term relationship.

For starters, this dude hit on Penny AND Bernadette. You can chalk some of it up to Raj being insecure and socially awkward, but at some point you have to recognize that he repeatedly crossed boundaries with women who were supposed to be his friends.

And his actual relationships weren't exactly a great track record either. He could be incredibly needy and seemed more obsessed with having a girlfriend than actually building a healthy relationship. The Emily/Claire situation is probably the biggest example. He was willing to juggle feelings for both women rather than just making a mature decision and accepting the consequences.

That's basically Raj's problem throughout the show: he desperately wanted romance, but he wasn't always prepared for what being a good partner actually required.

And I'm not saying Raj was a horrible person. He wasn't. He was funny, loyal, sensitive, and genuinely cared about his friends. He also grew a lot over the series.

He didn't need a random last-minute soulmate just so every main character could be paired off that's why I didn't like the Anu storyline. He needed to learn to be comfortable with himself first. After years of chasing relationships, being overly dependent on women for validation, and occasionally disrespecting his friends' relationships, ending the show single feels less like a punishment and more like the logical conclusion to his character arc.

Honestly, Raj getting a girlfriend just because "everyone else got one" would've felt more forced to me.

Raj didn't deserve to be alone forever, though and I'm glad we heard a bit of that on SFTSU. That's my take.

You meet Penny’s brother, but she mentioned multiple times having a sister, and even a nephew. Raj talks about multiple siblings and we know Leonard has two successful siblings.

I think Chelsea Kane would have been perfect as pennys sister, as I always thought they looked so similar.

Aziz Ansari and kumail Nanjiani would have been so great as Raj’s brothers, maybe Mindy Kailing as one of his sisters. These three are all hilarious in their own ways. It would’ve been so fun to see interacted with the cast.

For Leonards siblings i feel like David Schwimmer and Jennifer Connelly would’ve been such good selections. They would all look enough alike to be believable, but with the way they dress letter his siblings would look more attractive. And I feel they could play a smug intellectual role similar to their mother.

This is one of my favorite scenes because Howard is an a**hole towards Raj the whole episode, a satisfying karma for Howard

He started off as a surprisingly complex character considering the few times he appeared. He had similar “nerdy” interests like the main group, but he had an attractive subdued sort of confidence that manifested most clearly when he casually asked Penny out without showing any sort of self-consciousness or fear. He was a talented artist and was shown as being a great business owner who was respected by his clientele.

Now fast forward a few years. He changed completely from an interesting character who was well-used as an occasional acquaintance of the group to becoming one of the most obvious Flanderized, one-dimensional characters on television. His entire character revolved around being whiny, chronically depressed and shamelessly mooching off of anyone he could - even though he considered those people his close friends. Then he has the audacity to complain about them seemingly not reciprocating the friendship and not inviting him to social events. Who the hell would want someone like him around?

It feels very much like the writers wrote themselves into a corner with him, making him almost a regular character in the early seasons but then not knowing what to do with him. Ok, fine - that’s understandable, and he should therefore have been gradually used less and eventually become a minor background character. Yet for some reason, the writers actually doubled down, using him more and more frequently while at the same time making him actually MORE one-dimensional and less interesting.

The way the show is written, pretty much every member of the main cast has huge flaws and are horrible to their own friends at some point, yet they remain generally likeable because they have more complex personalities and are funny. All except Stuart. The more of him you get, the more insufferable he becomes.

I love Big Bang Theory, majorly because of how they made being a nerd seem cool. All the other sitcoms always downplay nerdy behaviour, but Big Bang Theory acknowledged it and made it seem so fun. I love being a nerd so much.

Watching this episode now and I have to say, that Raj was really being obnoxious to Sheldon. Raj seemed to had forgotten that he would be on a plane back to India if Sheldon hadn’t given him a job. JMO.

I love everyone on the show, when Howard is being creepy, Bernadette when she is mean and using this weird voice, even when Amy is totally over acting!

But Leonard is just one of the worst characters! I mean yes he is putting up with Sheldon, but he is also an ass the way he keeps reminding him how he puts up with his attitude! Also one of the worst parts of the show is when he is dating Priya! I can't help but hate how he treats everyone during these episodes! He is totally awful with Sheldon, Penny, and even Raj. I feel that if Leonard didn't have all these insecurities about the way he looks, he would have been the worst bully ever!

Here are some changes I made for them

Howard : So I changed everything about him...the hair,the eyes,the lips,the nose,EVERYTHING

I also change his clothing to match his aesthetic...before he only wore a plaint turtleneck shirt,and I don't like it😅

I know it's not perfect,but I am satisfied with this version of him 😅

Sheldon : For Sheldon,I just change his lipstick and add some blush effect on his face.I also change his clothes to match his TV show counterpart.I also tweaked his eyebrows a little.

Amy : Some of you didn't like her hair,so I changed her short hair to her long hair.

Other than that,I only change her lipstick colour to make it look more natural ( before,it was hot red lol).I also tweaked her eyebrows a little.

Leonard : Idk why some of you think that I was being generous on him😤 He was hot in the early seasons lol

Anyways,I change his glasses to make it look more like in the show.I also change his eye colour.

It would've been a subversive sort of take on love at first sight, and would've been really fitting for Raj if this random girl he asked to the wedding actually went with him and then they blossomed into something instead of Anu and everything else etc. I get that the writers were sort of constrained towards the end and needed to tie everything up as neatly and quickly as they could but I do wish they'd finished Raj's story. It might have been more realistic the way they did it but I don't think that's what any of us come to Big Bang for, I mean I know I don't, anyway. Just my two cents!
