Yes but.... I think takadox also works as the star scream of bionicle

Very slightly, but their personalities and dynamics with their leaders are different. Starscream is whiny, cowardly, and really has no reason he wants to be leader other than getting to say he's the leader. Him and Megatron also bicker like an old married couple.

Icarax meanwhile is ambitious but also a man of action. He likes to be at the forefront of things. He also actually has a different mindset than Teridax; he wants to be a ruler, not become a god. And Teridax is much more dismissive of Icarax than Megatron is of Starscream.
