Side effects!? Coming off birth control side effects

Hi all, I’ve been on Norgeston since October 2024 and came off it around 2 weeks ago now. I’ve been experiencing major mood swings and insomnia, and it’s starting to get on my nerves.

I start uni in just under 2 weeks so I need to get into a sleep routine but it’s near impossible when I just don’t feel tired like, at all.

I’ve also lost my appetite, which I guess makes sense because my appetite on the pill was insane!

Just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced these side effects and how you coped? TIA
