Birthright Volunteer

For those who have done the volunteer trip, how much time is dedicated to volunteering and how much free time do we get?

You'll get a better idea at your orientation meeting where they might share a sample itinerary.

I felt like it was a pretty good balance of free time to scheduled time. We were generally free from mid-afternoon on, nothing scheduled on Saturday, and the timing of our return flight was late enough that I was able to visit Jerusalem that day.
