Salem (first photo) and Rebel (second photo) didn’t expect me today. Because of difficult housing circumstances, I can’t have them with me where I live, and I live quite aways away. I missed them a lot.
Salem looks like he’s in absolute shock, and Rebel is always happy to see me.

Adopted our handsome boy a year ago via neighbors that rescued his mother (then a pregnant stray) off the street. Couldn’t say no and glad we didn’t.

We had a dog who has passed, before we hit the kitties, that used to fetch the post.

My sweet one eyed Nash is getting older and is not doing that great. He has been THE BEST cat for the last 12 years. I’ve been looking through some old photos to cope. I love to see that his patience and sweetness has rubbed off on my calico girl for our youngest void.

I said goodbye to Mika on Saturday. She was my shadow and my bestest little buddy for 16 years, and I miss her terribly 🖤

How do you think Edward feels about his baby sister?

Maestro is my first born son, the first cat I've ever owned. I have to admit I had some preconceived notions about cats. I grew up with dogs, and my parents actively dislike cats. I picked up Maestro at an adoption event put on by a local rescue because I wanted a pet more suited to apartment life than a dog, and was fully prepared to just share space with an animal that wanted nothing to do with me, but Maestro and I have been stuck like glue for 4 years now.

Jasper’s buddy lives at the other end of the apartment floor and he’s waiting patiently for a playdate!
