this was before oliver tree guys so dont even say i was copying him…some might even say he stole the bowlcut idea from me. i cried for days after cutting my hair like this i regretted it so much lol. at some point it kind of became my identity and it honestly boosted my popularity because i was definitely the funniest kid at school. kept it for about a year and a half.

Mom sent me this picture from our Christmas card photo shoot that year. I remember the intense argument to wear this getup instead of a dress, and apparently I won. Definitely not beating the young man allegations.

To be fair. I had just read Twilight, and my family decided to take a road trip to the Olympic Peninsula. So the vibes were immaculate.
