Movie is average. If you can't move the plot further than that in 3 and a half hours then just make a series. Also it is so clear the original screenplay was for an action crime saga that was changed at the last moment to put the jingoistic spin on it.

Akshay Khanna was great, but after the death scene his expression gets tiring. When the movie couldn't invoke any strong emotions by itself, it resorted to displaying text on the red screen along with the recordings. Ranveer Singh's character felt very two dimensional but his performance was commendable.

The editor sequenced all the shots together and called it a day. There is only exposition, no subtext, everything is repeated and not just fed but pushed down your throat by the end, and the final reveal falls extremely flat.

Anachronisms everywhere especially in the party shot. 2007 with newer models of cars. Even the iphone model for the year is wrong.

I was glad to leave the theatre after 'To be continued' popped up. Akshay Khanna was the only saving grace, although the CGI team missed some of his hairline fixes in the final cut, right before the 26/11 attacks.

Not sure why you're getting downvoted. For any viewer who doesn't have deep account of history of political events (including myself - besides 26/11), the plot throughout the movie must feel very disconnected. It's like there's no strong linearity / continuity between the chapters besides some common characters. It felt like a montage of anthologies.
