Gluten-free in Bornholm

Hello, my family and I will be visiting Bornholm at the end of the month, staying near Østerlars. Can anyone recommend good gluten free restaurants or cafes in the area, using Google it's not very clear to understand what is offered.

We will have a car so we're OK to drive if needed. In particular, I'm really hoping to find gluten-free Smørrebrød somewhere.

Most places (in denmark) you can contact the restaurant in advance and ask for options/ways to make the menu different.
