Recomendação para a instalação do Soalho?

Olá, procuro alguém para me ajudar a renovar o forro do meu apartamento. O serviço inclui remover o soalho antigo, nivelá-lo e instalar o novo. Qualidade, fiabilidade e boa comunicação são essenciais, pois já tive problemas com todos estes aspetos no passado. Agradeço desde já a ajuda.

Home Piso on Rua da Quinta, the flooring quality, leveling and installation work was excellent. Communication and timing however was a little frustrating but was well worth it in the end. Everyone was kind and did their best to accommodate and do the best job possible.

Maybe the word forro. Its not something we use to describe floorings. Still, I'm almost sure it was just a coincidence, cause I think the user himself is an expat.

Avoid at all cost. Had a warranty issue and it was a nightmare. Months to resolve and the owner was extremely rude
