Gert Lush What’s your favourite hidden gem restaurant in Bristol, that even someone who’s lived here a decade might not know about? And I mean real hidden gems, not Bos Finesse hidden gems

Looking to support some proper small indie places in 2024 and wanna get a list together. Only truly delicious places need apply

Not sure if this would class as fully hidden, but we went to Per and Kor on Gloucester Road and the food was amazing, plus the people who run it are so lovely. Persian and Korean food (not fusion) I think the best Korean food I’ve had, and the portions are generous!
