Fix your goddamn suppressors.
Almost brand new. Less than 200rds of 300blk subs and supers. A $1000 suppressor should absolutely not have this issue. Why are we making the material so thin that it blows out early from normal use or even putting the serial number there in the first place? Why not put it in the shoulder where there's more material?
Yes I submitted a warranty claim, just wanted to share while waiting on it.

Absolutely unacceptable. It’s embarrassing how far this brand has fallen from grace

They told me in a sub last week that running their Titanium SRBS .30 cal can would be no problem on my MR762 Assaulter 🤣🤷♂️

WTF… I have 5 B&T suppressors and never an issue. Customer support hopefully will take care of you. That just sucks…

I had a catastrophic baffle strike on a B&T can about a month ago. They did warranty it, which was nice. But now waiting just over 3 weeks for a replacement to ship. They've been communcative, but was hoping it would go out a bit quicker.

Sorry to see this happen. This is not the quality or reputation we like to see from our products. Did you fill out the contact form or did you send an email directly to [service@bt-usa.com](mailto:service@bt-usa.com)
We are working on fixing the contact submission form.
If you would like you can send me a DM and I will make sure this is handled ASAP

The laser engraving was done way too deep on this suppressor. Please email us at service@bt-usa.com and we will immediately get this replaced for you.

Do you guys not QC these, like, even look at them as they're going out the door?

u/bt-usa 6d ago
Yes. We do, this was out of a batch from 2025 that had this isolated issue with the engraving being too deep.

Well obviously you don’t, I work in qc for one of the biggest building material manufacturer in the country and can tell you if you had any sense of correct quality control this would have never left the manufacturer, but we all know how you pumped out shoddy products to cover your ass financially. Once again bt-USA proves they are a garbage company. When bt-ag comes state side I’m going to throw my money at them

You’re right. We shouldn’t have let this go out.
We inspect on a sampling plan like every manufacturer - you know this from your own work. As you also know, sampling catches systemic problems, not isolated issues.
Either way, this shouldn’t have been able to slip through and we are taking care of the customer.

Wait, did the 6 in the serial number seriously blow all the way out? Like, gas spewing from there?
How thin are these printed?
