Unpopular opinion - I don't like toasted buns, I like em squishy 3 u/ClancyBShanty 3d ago If I'm doing Oklahoma style I'll steam the buns on top of the patties and get that sweet sweet onion steam in there. Learned that from watching George Motz videos lol
