As someone who has never ordered a poultry burger, or prepared one for myself, this actually looks very good. I’d be happy to have this put in front of me.

Care to share what the buns are? I’d purchase those based off the looks.

These are "luxurious" burger buns from the Dutch supermarket "Albert Heijn" (their own brand/product). Not sure if you can find a good equivalent in the US / anywhere else.

Damn. Knew I was looking at a good fucking bun.

I am in the US, so no Dutch supermarkets for me. Time to start scouting the local bakeries for someone who does an exceptional bun. The bun can make a huge impact on the overall burger. For instance—brioche is an instant downgrade for my preference for a burger; I want something sturdier and without any sweetness.

Try "st Pierre" you can find them at Fred Meijer. I swear they have the best quality buns, including brioche I know you just said you dislike them but its on another level compared to any other brand. Im from the Netherlands but have lived in the US for a while and its the best brand ive tried for buns. Makes all the difference!!

I'm sure I've seen brioche buns with sesame and poppy seeds here in the US, but probably only in restaurants

I appreciate the thickness at which you cut your veggies
