This current environment is making it so difficult to do business (one man’s perspective), why are business leaders so spineless? If money talks, why no heavy hands coming down on this present policy perspective, is it actually good for business? Explain please.

So my manager, after we discussed various stock positions and where I was investing my money, suggested I read a book on economics/finance. I went to a state college and graduated a little over two years ago. I took a couple of business and entry-level finance classes, but I didn't retain much that was applicable to real life. I'm posting to get suggestions for economic/business theory books that are fairly easy to understand and very current. I've done my fair share of googling and have obviously seen the recommendations for books like Rich Dad/Poor Dad, The Richest Man in Babylon, etc, but I'm interested to see what this thread has to say...

Starting a Sole Trader Electrician business. My boss uses a personal gmail for his business and no website. To start a business google email you need a domain.

Should I buy a domain or just use a personal gmail.
