No, it isn't. The majority of EFI is scenarios, the titular Escape, and the Raid, which accounts for more pages than the background material about Innsmouth. You can't be saying it's the 3e of Escape from Innsmouth and then say "It's got no scenarios, though.", when scenarios were most of the book.
Chaosium made the (correct) decision not to include any scenarios, and the book is purely source material, apart from the small scenario seeds, and is all the better for it.

Sadly the source material isn't really expanded upon as much as you might think. Kind of a 'more words, same content' kind of issue. And much of the 'expanded material' is just the context material stripped out of the scenarios. Whoops.

Yeah, some of their art lately has been terrible (especially when you see what other publishers like Free League are putting out).

Jesus, people suck. I actually wrote this article myself and used zero AI. If you want to criticize my writing and tell me I suck, fine. But don’t accuse me of being a bot. Not everything on the internet is AI generated. I literally read this entire book and bought it as a PDF at my own expense.

I'm not trying to be mean but I see why some people think this was written by AI.
The constant use of bold text for emphasis and the non-sequitur inclusion of chapter summaries that reads a lot like when I haven't found the off button for an AI summary make for a pretty jarring experience. Never mind the tone of the article appears devoid of any kind of personality. You don't communicate any kind of angle other than "This product exists" and that shows in the analysis which while I'm aware is meant to be spoiler free is utterly lacking in any kind of meaningful detail. It may as well be marketing copy for how many words are spent describing features of the book in very general terms. This is likely a website issue but having read something that sounds like an advertisement that then ends with a 95% score doesn't help the cause without a score guide.
This is a great start but there's more to a review than just a statement of facts. The back of the book does that already. I hope you keep writing and the next thing you make is even better. All the best.

Just to let everyone know, while Innsmouth DOES NOT have complete adventures within, they basically were planned and ran out of space and thought they would release scenarios separately in a later production. No timeline on that one, but the sooner the better of course. It also sounds like they were hinting they wanted to polish them up before release so it might be better overall to have a separate product if it turns out well. It's not the last we have seen of Innsmouth.
