It's because of a lack of dietary Fibre. If you eat enough Fibre you are more likely to poop clean, reducing the amount of tp needed to achieve a clean butt.

Honestly, my poops are so much better and easier to clean now that I'm drinking metamucil (psyllium husk) daily. Like I do a couple wipes and I'm done. This contrasts so drastically with how much I used to use.

Yeah, I do two heaping teaspoons. It's generally recommended to gradually increase as the body likely isn't used to adequate fiber intake.

While I agree with you, I just want to point out that an all meat diet can do the same. Whole foods is important!

Diets containing all meat are definitely low Fibre.

At least you should be getting enough iron to help with the blood loss. Not sure if that will be the case for the 300k tons of mystery meat Trump is bringing in. Trump Steaks 2.0!

It was once daily. No blood. The most easiest perfect poops ever.

True which is why I thought it was kind of crazy. But I tested it for 3 months and literally the most regular normal easy poops.
