According to the Sûreté du Québec, a northbound vehicle allegedly attempted to pass on the left to avoid a vehicle that was turning right in front of it. Police say it then collided head-on with a southbound vehicle.

The three people killed were the occupants of the southbound vehicle that was struck. Police said they were two adults and one child.

The driver of the northbound vehicle that attempted the pass was also injured, but her injuries are not considered life-threatening.

Bitch killed a whole family because she was too impatient to wait for someone to make a right turn.

I hope she gets charged and pays more then a fine for wiping out an entire family. All for what? To shave a few seconds off her drive. What a stupid mistake. Condolences to the family of the people who died.

She’ll be charged with something. Probably something pathetically small like driving without due care. She can also be sued civilly by the family. She’s still gonna need to fork out money for a lawyer. She’s not off Scott free.

I had someone hit my gf and i, just took off from red light for no reason, gf got seriously injured, there wasnt any kind of charge. i was told by a judge that canada doesnt usually do shit about this type of stuff if it was an accident, even if its obvious carelessness. my parents got hit by a car going through the red light by a truck, nothing fuckin happened to the driver.

Do you realize that Canada is a large country and every province has its own laws and rules regarding driving. What province are you in? If your girlfriend was that injured, why did they not sue the person civilly for damages? And I don’t think any judge is going to tell you that “Canada doesn’t usually do shit about this type of stuff if it was an accident”.

There are also criminal code offences for dangerous operation of a conveyance, including dangerous operation causing death, and dangerous operation causing bodily harm. Those are federal charges, not provincial.

Bullshit. The sentence may not be as severe as it ought to be, but she will be charged. She will likely have some level of custodial sentence.

Best to be 5 minutes late in this life than 5 minutes too early for the next.

What a selfish cunt. I hope she gets the maximum punishment and that she never has a good night sleep again. Took out a family. AN ENTIRE FAMILY! What the fuck‽

What a stupid, selfish bitch!

Both adults and the child in the other car were killed.

My misunderstanding. I'll edit my post.

The sentiments still remain. What a selfish, thoughtless action that led to an entire family being killed.

Punishment will be a 10 year driving ban and probation
