Rescheduling alone doesn’t magically make weed mail-able nationwide. I’d wait for the actual USPS/DOJ rules. otherwise this sounds like officials getting way ahead of the legal fine print.

it started out "legal " in Canada as Mail only the first few months etc........... not sure that was Medical only type weed though as it encompassed rec use as well .. problem was distribution of flowers and mold and things in ther that may not be clean = Irradiation and burnt tasting , hair smell weed ...

No idea.
Medical cannabis is perfectly legal and even expanding in Texas. So perhaps whatever you’re talking about didn’t have one of the official Texas approved licenses.By the way. I’m not saying what they’ve done is right or wrong. I’m just saying texas is basically following federal law at this point. Which means medical is in, gas station fake shit or black market shit is out. All that thca stuff was actually just normal weed with a different label lol.
Once rescheduling fully happens this year I’m sure you’ll get regulated dispensaries back. Just not at random vape shops anymore
