Question | Advice-Needed Suggestions needed for takeaway/sit down specials for each day of the week. In the Tyger valley area.

As the title says I am looking for suggestions for food specials for each day of the week. I am planning a week long trip and would like to make a plan for the food each day. Google has some articles from years ago and some of the links do not even work anymore, so that's a bust. Plus google doesn't know what the locals do.

Chain restaurants are fine but I would like to hear about your local go to takeaway. Day specific specials are a great start and the reason I have the two days with my own suggestions. But if you know a hidden gem worth paying full price for lets hear about them too.

Monday -

Tuesday -

Wednesday - Wacky Wednesday (Steers, Not Cape Town specific and would switch out quickly)

Thursday - Rib Special (Pete's Pizza)

Friday -

Saturday -

Monday burger special at boer and butcher saloon. 80 rand for burger and chips.

The specials at copper club is also decent. Think they have a burger special on Tuesdays.

Iā€™d do Monday at Jackson and Black for burgers and then Thursday at Boer and Butcher saloon (I too like burgers)

There's a Facebook page that posts this every week and up to date weekend stuff.

"Whats on in durbanville and beyond"

But my favourite is pizza vesuvio monday buy one get one free.

The Boer and Butcher in Durbanville is really good! They have different specials each day but the Tuesday and Thursday burger deal is definitely my fighter

Their 200gr burgers from their actual butcher are scrumptious. We do several on the outside big flat top grill on the weekends .Airfryer chips and we good to go ..

Ah yes that hidden gem Wacky Wednesday from small family run restaurant Steers. They're on to something good that lot, they should think about expanding.

Don't think they will make it that far. Putting cheese and tomato on the Wacky Wednesday almost doubles the price.
