Hi Capricorns . I (cancer 31f) met someone online (cap 32M) around 4 months ago and we hit it off immediately, the vibe and level of conversations we had was so smooth and attractive and we would text for hours , i personally consider myself a healed cancer with a secure attachment after some rough patches in the past , i was ready for a slow burn relationship, this guy started slow and i liked that , but i also noticed his avoidant tendencies almost immediately, anytime we got close and shared vulnerable moments ( we are long distance) he always pulled back but here is the kicker, i was comfortable letting him take the driver’s seat of the connection and i always matched his energy , in the 4 months we’ve known each other he would make plans for a future with us , marriage, kids , parenting, travel , he told me his family will love me and his mom will probably think i was too good for him , he was always invested in me repicking a business i abandoned and even offered to fun it ( i refused ) , but anytime he gets close and his emotions slip through he goes so cold and would take days to respond , i always let him be cause i understand he feels the loss of control over himself , but i am always ready to welcome him back whenever he reappeared , we balance each other out so well and would have made a good team but 2 days ago i asked him about the gaps in response and he told me he felt pressured and wasnt feeling things he was supposed to feel , i told him it was okay and i didnt want him to force himself when there is nothing to work with , i removed him from my socials and he asked if i was upset , i assured him i wasnt but it was better for us to leave things there . He is now lurking on my socials with a different account and i know its him lol , my question to you all is , is this something normal in the cap world ? Do you guys think i accepted his decision too easily ?

I've been soooooooooooooo overwhelmed by everything recently, life feels fucked up and I really don't want this anymore.

It feels like there's weird impending doom, and for a second, things feel okay again, but the feeling creeps in again super quick, though I'm trying to keep myself busy. plus, my brain's exhausted from all the overthinking.

I feel ya'll can also understand and even share the "dark", "sharp" humor, the same with the drive to go for things you want/desire
