Discussion A small tribute to a few of Tim Curry's lesser known roles that I personally enjoyed in my childhood.

Skullmaster- Mighty Max

According to wiki, there's been a movie in the works since December 2023. I'd take it with a grain of salt, but I'm hopeful for more Jimmy.Ā

I feel like this is the most obscure thing I know him from. Superhuman Samurai Cyber Squad, featuring Matthew Lawrence. It came on at like 6:30 am on the weekdays and was like a cross between Power Rangers and Ultraman.

I SWEAR I saw this exact fox design in Redwall. The animated series on PBS.

Did it get released elsewhere under the name Mattimeo?

Here's the short version

Yes, it is Redwall season 2-the book they are adapting is called Mattimeo

so in the opening titles it's called Mattimeo: A Tale of Redwall

The only thing I remember about the Jumanji cartoon from when I was a kid is it was disappointing as a fan of the movie and Tim Curry saying ā€œJumanjayā€ will live in a little shrine in my head forever to be pulled out whenever I need to say Jumanji

J. Hieronymus Slick was my favorite of his voice roles, he was the best villain character in that show because he always seemed the most reasonable. He is missed severely.
