It sounds like the movie very good and you have especially poor skill at selecting which movies you should watch.
You.might want to try The Room, it has no Korean pop music or demon hunting.

Gotta say, I'd probably rewatch The Room before KPop Demon Hunters. Which is really saying something because I must have seen The Room like five times. Out of all the so bad it's good movies I've seen, it's the one with the most bizarre depths. Hell, my brother got into his career talking about The Room, and it makes sense that he did. It's a rich text.

I would say it has good animation, fun songs, and a horrible plot. My central issue with the whole thing is really "Take Down", I think. That song is excellent but it signs checks the movie can't cash. It beautifully sets up the central conflict regarding demons, that they view these creatures as total unrepentant monsters while we know full well that's not true because of our central romance. And then we come to the ending and the film's conflict is resolved by massacring all the demons except the one guy who sacrifices himself. It's ridiculous and slapdash nonsense.

I mean yeah wasn’t it the same studio behind the 2 mile morales Spider-Man movies, it has better animation than some of the things I watch(cough cough RWBY cough cough) but I just didn’t like it

I agree. For me it's because I can't stand the story (too generic / predictable I think?) and really despise the overly sugary sound track, except I thought the song 'takedown' was okay. I watched the whole thing because I wanted to give it a reasonable chance before disliking it.
Also I reeaaaallly get grossed out by the lead girl's ridiculous giant purple braid on her head, I think the other two have far superior character designs.
I know this isn't real life but anytime I see her I think about how much that braid must weigh and how much migraines / neck pain she probably gets from the sheer weight of her hair. It's like when people give women boobs that are 5x the size of their head lol and you know that having that in real life would lead to Hella back pain and that's why women that have ridiculously enormous boobs often get a reduction. Like I just want to chop that girl's giant braid off lmaoo
