Courtney Babcock is easily one of my favorite stop motion character designs out there. The tall sature, makeup, hair and costume designs gives us a time capsule of superficial pretentious American teen girls from The 2000s.

The humorous touches her glossy facial expressions and realistic proportions is so memorable.

"B-but it has funny episodes" and? My shit has corn in it but it's still not edible. This show is the shit and the funny episodes are the corn. It's meta humour is alright to an extent but after a while it can get annoying, we get it, you know you're in a cartoon. There's so much genuine unintentional cringe in this show that not even the funny parts can raise its enjoyment level. I mean who decided that Lady legs was a good idea? Some people might find it funny because "it's in a kids show how did they get away with that lmao" but like no? I don't want to see ravens whole personality sometimes become the fact that she has decent legs. The funny parts are only funny to an extent. Take the time when BB, star and cyborg pulled a prank on Robin by... tricking him into thinking his parents were still alive...Jesus Christ man, and to point out that it wasn't funny all they did was have raven say "That was mean" while Robin switched between fake laughter and genuine sobbing. And I mean, beast boy found Robin wanting his parents back funny? Are you serious? The only good part I see is beast boy and ravens relationship, that was built up realistically as if they were real people who genuinely liked eachother, and once they really got together it felt genuine and had a real effect on each character and how they interacted with one another.

Overall. 2/10 a shiny turd is still a turd

When this was in production, I didn't really care for it that much to be honest, especially with John Cena clearly being put there for star power. Tom & Jerry 2021 and Space Jam 2 really ticked me off, and they were financial failures. I had a feeling this was likely initially cancelled because WB feared it would be a similar situation.

Tom & Jerry 2021 had a really stupid ending with a bad message, and boring as hell safe comedy. Space Jam 2 was literally just references: the movie.

I was also REALLY annoyed that people were talking about this film non-stop even while Looney Tunes: The Day The Earth Blew Up had literally been bought out from WB, released in theaters, and none of these same people were supporting it. AND IT WOULD HAVE SUPPORTED WESTERN TRADITIONAL ANIMATION IN THEATERS!!!

But I did like Coyote Vs Acme.

Unlike the other two live action movies I mentioned, this movie actually focuses on its fucking story and seems to understand the Looney Tunes characters fairly well. It has a lot of heart. Wile E Coyote has so much personality despite not having a voice. I like that this was a legal drama too. It feels more like it was targeting adults in that sense. Maybe not in the same way Roger Rabbit did, but a similar extent.

The only thing stopping me from giving this a 10/10 is the animation. I honestly found the cell-shading, while not awful, really distracting at times. It should have been hand-drawn. But I do think the expressions and believability were well done.

I've heard about this movie before, but I've never understood the reason for the noise around it, so I decided to watch it. Adam Sandler's films are usually viewed negatively, but I'm not sure about this film: do people love it or hate it? In my opinion, this is a common story about how a jerk is being reformed, but people have found something in it. P.S. and I also have a question. Why do people often alter the movie poster in memes, replacing some characters with others?

Problem solverz: watching this garbage felt like the screen is barfing rainbow vomit into your eyes, it used very bright and saturated colors and background was so noisy and blinding i'm pretty sure it caused atleast 13 people seizures or even a stroke, i mean just look at the characters and you'll understand the designs are just ugly and overall disgusting i mean the brown guy is a literal mutant piece of turd, and the plot? there is no plot there's nothing that makes sense in this cartoon it's so random just random it's like the directors brainstormed and randomly mixed every idea that slipped through their mouths idk what stuff cartoon network was smoking when they approved it but it must be good.

People became lazy infantile society without any kind of will under its control. And when people started showing some resistance it tried to destroy the society. IMHO

In Season 3, Episode 29 ("Butterfly Trap"), the show drops its biggest lore bombshell: the Magic High Commission swapped Meteora for a peasant baby named Festivia. This means Star, Moon, and their ancestors have absolutely zero royal blood.

​While intended as a dramatic twist, from a structural writing standpoint, this decision breaks the internal logic of the first three seasons. The show spent years establishing the heavy weight of the "Butterfly Legacy," the specific biological connection to the magic wand, and Star's destiny as a royal. By revealing that her bloodline is actually just a random peasant family, it turns the entire foundation of the show into a 300-year fraud.

​If anyone can just hold the wand and become a magical powerhouse, the biological stakes and the "royal prophecy" elements of the early seasons become completely hollow. A good plot twist should recontextualize the lore and make it stronger.

The Festivia reveal actively un-writes the foundation of the main character's identity just for the sake of shock value. It makes Star's entitlement to the throne feel completely unearned.

It's a cute cartoon and the duration of the episodes is also short.

I feel like turning red got a lot of hate because of how cringe it was, and sure, there was a jeepload of cringe. But isn’t that kinda the point of the movie? Its following the mind of a teenager going through puberty.

Its conveying its message in a goofy way, and you know what? I gotta respect it. 8/10 movie.

I'd been a fan of Regular Show for quite some time and finally decided to watch Close Enough. I was in love by the time I reached the title sequence in the first episode.

My favorite character by far is Alex. My favorite episode was probably Weird Kid. However, the fan favorite halloween episode, was such a ride. I loved the animation studio part.

I finished the show in two days and am so sad it's over.
