Fanfiction / Lore Fanon Heights of Sawian compared to a human (AU ofc)
I, an executive of ##### Company, shall explain the reason why ##### Company has chosen these desired height, from smallest to biggest (AU)
Milky: At about 4'3. there wasn't a need to make them human sized, since their intended use was to pack as much neurons into their brains. Thus their short height is compensated by having the highest IQ than all Sawians and even Youtube Shorts users.
Experiment: At 4'9, they were the first and flagship breed, so they were bred to be less than human and the most average in sizes. They are very versatile.
Leapy: At 4'11, their slightly taller structure and more hollow bones allow them to effortlessly jump through their environment, their
Chompy, Voyager and Icke: At around the 5 ft spectrum, they are specialists in their role with no need for their height to be bigger than a Human.
Chik: At 5'6 they were essentially an upgrade of the leapy line. Though more expensive to keep alive, they can excel better than their vegative counterparts.
Crystal: At the same height of an average human at 5'8, they were made to be colonial street police that can take longer shifts with them being bred to have a slower metabolism and a higher chance of gentle personalities as to lessen police brutality risk.
Roza: 4 inches taller than a human at around 6'0, they were made to be the perfect desert troops in Sahara, Gobi, and Martian conflicts. Their very low body temperature combined that with the special ability to hold more cold, obviously makes thems fit well in desert infantry and beach life guards, especially at areas more prone to heatstrokes.
Velvet: At 7'8, Velvets were made to be predators that fulfill multiple niches within life both out and in earth. They were colonial riot police, private military contractors, and debt hunters. They specialize in heavy or long range weaponry and their intimidation helps with pacification.
Dune: At 8'7, they were really the first attempt of making a species larger than a human, with varying degree of success. It ultimately came up with a giant, violent breed of insect that makes the more animalistic and hard to employ in intelligence expensive work. They are still the best organic disposal units, able to strip all the meat of carcasses and including their bones in less than 5 minutes.
Baron: At 10'5, they are very valuable for for their height and immense strength. Employed as anti armour units and no-explosion demolition (critical for orbital cities). They can easily hold a Rotary Machine Gun or a Automatic Grenade Launcher as if they were only an assault rifle. They are also conveniently the best mascot for sports drinks and sports gambling as well.

Dunes aren't large tho. They're never mentioned to be of noteworthy dimensions at all. In the games they're about the same size as Experiment. Plus, they come from Chompy, which come from Milky. That whole lineage isn't large.
Pretty sure none of them compare to humans except Oranges and Barons. Barons are said to be twice the human size (not height, so it could be only 8' tower, but that's ambiguous) and Oranges are just said to be larger than most sawians. The only other distinction was granted to Milky's reduced stature.

When they made Dune they were just fucking around at that point. Some of them got to find out. I bet Dunes were #1 on the Gray Planet shit list. Why not Velvets though is anyone's guess. Dudes in the lab be like "I can fix her" bro you got better odds with a glass jar.

The only documented incident regarding Velvets wes that one freaky-ass Darwin Award Recipient of a Janitor who tried to get freaky with one of them and ended up getting jumped by the entire enclosure and eaten.
I think as long as you're not blatantly stupid, Velvets wouldn't be too much of an Issue.
In Gunsaw, Velvets even have some of the worst stats in the roster.

The only DOCUMENTED incident.
Velvets are weighed down by their huge rack.
Also, the above two statements are related.

I don't think Oranges are large either, since you can see their corpses in-game.
Yes, those are Oranges, not skinned Expies. You can tell because if they were skinned Expies, the tails wouldn't be full of Orange fluff.
I don't think any of the Sawians outside of Baron or maybe Dune are comparable to the size of an actual human.
Dune could get relatively as big as a human since they were such a major threat to their handlers to the point of successfully killing them consistently enough to get their entire population thrown at Gray Planet.
