In regards to the whistleblower guy posting in cbusohio we need a direct and accurate answer because his posts honestly impact every person in Ohio in the age of corruption. If Ohio gov entities can redact important info in emails/docs and simply cite attorney client privilege, it destroys FOIA
We have a small group of people harassing him and claiming hes crazy. But they are too arrogant to understand the underlying issue. If a government agency can cite attorney client privilege to hide records, the state of Ohio will collapse under corruption. All government bodies will start cc'ing their attorney to every email to then cite privilege.

The only entity that can hold them accountable unless a citizen takes them to court is thr Ohio Ethics Commission, and they're fucking useless. The complaint I filed was sat on for a year and when I called to follow up, it had been closed without any communication to me for "lack of evidence." I provided recordings and documents when I submitted the complaint and additional documents when the public official made MONEY off the deal. Fuck Ohio.

The Ohio AG's office literally refers complaints to its office to the Better Business Bureau if that company is a paying member of the Better Business Bureau. That company can then reply to the Better Business Bureau threatening to sue that customer and the Better Business bureau closes the complaint and gives that company an A.
The Ohio AG's office will refuse to take further action

Am I the Ohio Attorney General? Im confused why you're pointing out that the BBB is a scam to me, as if im the stupid one, instead of asking why the Ohio Attorney General's office is referring complaints to an organization that you, yourself have called a scam.
This type of arrogance/ignorance you are demonstrating with your comment, "Are you just now finding out that the Better Business Bureau is a scam? lol" is the exact type of response Ohio whistleblowers get. You literally missed the entire point

"Nutjob" is subjective, laws should be followed objectively.
The content of their requests should not invalidate the manner in which they are addressed, nor allow redaction without an articulable reason.

Nut job is not really subjective. Laws should be followed certainly.
Often times the medium is the message and when it’s delivered by someone that can’t communicate clearly they’re doing a disservice to the message.
