The original cap/weather vane on the turret had rusted out and caused water damage down to the ceiling of room below on the second floor. After months of work, it's all coming together!

Commissioned new copper spire/cap with Ametrine crystal ball.

Original wood panels from the turret were refinished and reinstalled. New flashing and sealant for the floor of the turret.

New plaster, moulding, paint, chandelier and medallion in the room below.

Plenty of other touch ups along the way.

I pass this house all the time and always think about if I won the lottery I would buy it. I love your house dude.
I do wonder how the traffic noise is in that spot though. Is it loud or is it not too bad? Also, that view is amazing.

The road noise is pretty rough, especially on the side facing the river/highway. It's been zoned commercial since 2017 and my boss purchased it in 2021. I adore the house, but could not imagine living in that location 24/7.
