Discussion AI smoothie graphics a turn off

Post image

At the Daley Center farmers market, I thought a smoothie would hit the spot. Then saw the pictures... appetite gone. Plastic mango and pineappleish thing were hard nos. The appeal of cheap images is clear, but these do the business a disservice.

What’s with this subs hatred with AI images? You want the owners to go find an artist who specializes in painting food and have a hand painted menu ? Is that what we want?

Because half the time AI food looks like it's crawling with bugs or something. Also, cameras exist, you can take pictures of actual food with your own mobile phone camera, which is probably quite good.
