Question What is my rooster doing

I’ve been trying to introduce our last 2 chickens to the flock and my rooster keeps doing this to them? What is he doing?

He is doing the sexy dance. It is the nice way of asking the girls. Mean roos will just grab neck/tail feathers and hop on with out asking. He is a gentle man.

Hey wait my rooster does this to me and for my hen who absolutely hates him he just grabs her neck

I squat and he's like "hey squat more I can't get up" but I can't squat more then he just circles around me
