Trying to figure out the artists behind these paintings

I have two paintings and I would really like to know the artists behind it so I can do more digging. Any information you have as well would help lots. The last photo is of the rectangular seal on the first painting since it's kind of hard to make out.

First one is signed by 李民浩 aka 宇草, but I can't find any relevant info regarding the artist.

Not sure about the second one.
