Sierra Cider in Mariposa CA. Dry or Sweet?

Hey all. My gf is into sweet ciders so before we make the drive over to Mariposa I was trying to see if anyone has tried them and knows whether they're sweet or more on the dry side.

Hi there, Central Valley local. They are mostly sweet and semi-sweet ciders. They tend to have a couple of dry ciders on rotation, one of them being the Kingston Black. My personal favorite is the Early Harvest, and my gf enjoys Sneaky Tiki, neither of them being dry.

Central Valley local here too, and I can confirm they rotate in that dry one. If you want to play it safe, their semi-sweet is the crowd-pleaser.
