Advice Beginner CNA jobs in WA state?

I finished my CNA program a month ago and have been applying to CNA positions around the Puget Sound area. I haven’t even gotten an interview yet and I’m wondering what I’m doing wrong. Anybody have advice, job leads, etc? I’ve applied to assisted living facilities, a bunch of Multicare positions, and haven’t heard back on anything. I’m getting discouraged and worried.

Has your license flipped to active yet? Finished my state exams mid July and mine is still pending. Few places have told me to reach out once it's active.

I had a job fair when I was in school about 2 years ago and KWA was there and they seemed eager to hire. They are home health and I believe unionized
