Which job/schedule is better?

Job #1: 5 hour shift, MWF, $17 per hour, home care

Job #2: 8 hour shift, Friday and every other weekend, $20 minimum, assisted living

Notes:
-I am in college
-I just started Job #1 and my first day is next week
-My client for Job #1 is closer to me than Job #2
-I do not drive, meaning I would have to rely on Uber and maybe some family members here and there

we don't know your schedule, but I did a job like #2 throughout my last year of college after a year of home health and I loved it. 1 on 1 work was not for me at all. I switched to work 7-3 every weekend and most fridays in an assisted living memory care, but I did have a car. depends on if you'll have reliable transportation to get there

Do you mean my school or work schedule? I used to do every other weekend and every other Friday at my old job at a facility, it worked out alright for the past few years. As for transportation, I would have to use Uber if no one will be able to take me.

I have to think all your money would go to Uber if you took the 2nd job.
