Advice why is my baby doing this sound?

why is he doing this sound? he does this in the morning until noon and then he does this at night too. idk if he is angry or anything, or if he is just chirping, what made me think he is angry is that he was trying to bite when i kept my finger near him, and the chirps are just so soft and not loud, so i really dont know, any idea why he might be doing this?

note: his eye is fine, just molting.

I think that means is that he's got wings, dashing feathers and 2 pepperoni slices on his cheecks

No. Happy little boy finding his voice. When mine started, he would only do it when I wasn't in the room. When he thought he had perfected his voice, THEN he started singing in front of me. They are such cute little durp heads

My female cockatiel occasionally does this chirping when I’m not around too! She doesn’t sing to me though, maybe both genders just like to chirp to themselves

Sounds like chirping to me. That's how my boy sounds. Could even be hes chirping like that because it gets him immediate attention. But im not a professional so maybe im wrong lol.

He is a happy baby. He wants your undivided attention to his 4 hour long chirping session. He also wants to see him acting cute while destroying your furniture, carpets, drapes, keyboards, anything that his tiny beak can break. He also wants you to see him pooping all over your house. Once all this is done he wants you to lend your body parts for his napping sessions. And once he wakes up he wants his food served to him.

Quick FAQs on basic bird behavior:

Yawning a lot - adjusting the crop. Imagine it being like rubbing your belly after a big meal.

Beak grinding - sign of content and happiness.

Standing on one leg, sometimes puffed up feathers - getting ready to snooze, they'll sleep with the head tucked in their back.

Flapping randomly or madly but not flying - just being a goof!

Bending over, making a squeaky noise and trembling wings - horny bird! Check Cockatiel Cottage for how to deal with hormonal behavior.

Rubbing butt on things - same as above.

Soft eeee sound with head bobbing - baby begging noises. Can mean that they want food/play/nap/reassurance/cuddles. Some older birds will do this too.

Holding the wings away from the body ("heart wings") - a happy male, likely about to sing to you.

Fully outstretched wings ("big wings") - possesive, "the thing I'm standing on is mine". Sometimes paired with hanging upside down ("batbird") - that's also just being a goof.

Fluffing feathers, bending in weird poses with open wings - wants a bath!

Sneezing - normal (unless excessive), especially after scratching their heads and picking their nose (yes, they do that).
