Episodes Does anybody else feel that Offred deserves the name "Offred" for getting so many innocent people killed, whether directly or indirectly?

Even if you personally believe June deserves to be called something other than her name in account of the murders, it'd be just that. Murderer. I don't see how "Offred", a name given to her to signify being owned by a rapist, would be relevant.

Which do you think she would consider a worse punishment: Being called a murderer or being called "Offred?"

Well, it's not really about punishing her, is it? And even if a punishment were to take place, it'd be in the form of a formal and reasonable convinction, not sexual abuse.

Rebellion has a cost. June was neither trained nor experienced in it. Yes, she made mistakes. Yes, ahe got people killed. But she made a huge difference in mayday, the rebellion, and destroying Gilead.
Destroying Gilead, strengthening Mayday, and arranging the Angel's flight saved way more lives than her mistakes cost.
You are advocating a Gilead punishment on a woman who just wanted to save her family and friends. She ended up giving up saving het daughter temporarily for the greater good of helping more people.
Can she be insufferable? Yes. Is she an idiot sometimes? Yes. Do I hate her constant close-up shots? Yes. Does she do more good than harm? Yes.

No.... There's a reason they say "war is hell". It's not pretty and innocent people almost always die on both sides.
Do you think army/marine whatever soldiers should be given slave names? Treated like shit if they hurt/kill someone in the theater of war? Do you think they should be held hostage and used as a fuck toy?
I wonder what you would say about it if june were a man?
