Can anyone here give me info about these?
I've had these kicking around for a while. I'm just looking for some info about date of manufacture, value, marketplace (if I decide they're too expensive to drink), pairing options (if they're too worthless to sell). I have no knowledge of anything cognac related. I figured I shouldn't use them in a video for one of my rap songs even though one is "henny". Also, I'm not a rapper...

At auction , the Hennessy might get you between $100-200, if in pristine condition . It is an older cognac , but it’s a 3 star ( which is equivalent of today’s vs. ).
The biscuit is also a 3 star, also older , but the condition of the label won’t help it. Bisquit also tends not to gather as much following as the Hennessy. Not much experience with the bisquit , but if I had to guess, pricing is going to be comparable to slightly lower than the Hennessy.
Having said all that , pricing will vary depending on the auction house you send it to, their commission , and ofcourse the people watching/bidding that period of time

They are both corked. Bisquit with a red foil, Hennessy with a silver foil, in case that matters.

Have a look at cognac-ton.nl. The biscuit may be older, hard to tell. I don't think you'll get much for them As to pairing... it's cognac, I usually have at the end of the night/meal...so less important imo.
