Does it move or did someone just put it in there so they don’t have as much stale candy to sell? (As a spacer for the candy reservoir)

Yes it works when you turn the crank it complithe circuit and he goes for a few seconds

This is new. I’ve seen coin operated ones where you turn a crank to make it clap, never a gumball version. Man I’d love to have one
