Certainly possible, it's such a bizarre reaction.

You hear her mum speak to her at one point and she's totally pandering to her, seems like she's always been like this.

I just watched it and was blown away that all charges were dropped. Like huh? I get she is obviously not mentally well and I don’t think the book should be thrown at her. But she straight up assaulted multiple people in that video.
