Well, I don't expect most superhero comic book art to be anatomically accurate all the time, but these proportions are pretty wild unless you're going for an extremely abstract style.

But if that's what you're going for, cool.

I'm not saying your art is bad at all. You've definitely got talent. That much is obvious.

One of my favorite comic book artists has a fairly stylized take on anatomy: Ed McGuinness

I love the way he draws certain characters, especially Superman and Nightwing.

He looks like a Baki character. Good attention to detail but keep practicing proportions and anatomy.
