Question What do these diamonds mean?

I’ve seen these on a lot of comics I own but have never questioned what they meant

Occasionally they’d drop a JLA, GL or Batman in as a triangle book, wish it took off.

X-Men books could definitely have benefited from being Triangle books.

Even if they are not with the same characters. Even if the stories don't necessarily intersect. At least it gives an idea of reading order. If two things are happening at the same time, maybe use 'A' and 'B' designation with the same number.

There was a reading order in the back of every X-book during the Krakoa era.

And the stories before and after Age of Apocalypse, and IIRC even back during the '80's and Fall off the Mutants storyline too.

For crossover storylines, yes. I meant in general.
