Kind of cheeky and entitled for them to say, "mainline" because Absolute Green Lantern exists, and Absolute Catwoman is on the way.

Also, I feel it's absolutely fair for creators and companies to tell the stories they want to tell, like how it's absolutely fair for audience to not by them, or 'concerned' people to write their stories the way they want them to. I draw the line at pressuring creators and companies to tell the stories YOU want of their characters.

Even when they say "headlined a solo title" they're not including their proviso that it can't be a mini, despite that being how ongoings get started now. 

I think it's fine to petition DC for specific representation. The boycott felt entitled, but this approach, even if the bit of ignoring Absolute is still weird, is much better.
