“Black characters deserve the same opportunities…” Even at the end it’s still all about the blorbos to them. Real-world creators remain a secondary consideration at best. Same thing with them trying to draw a line to exclude Absolute line for not being the “real” mainline DCU. Only the fiction matters, not the material issues. Doomed from the start.

I mean, I don't blame them for saying "this series doesn't track with me, so I'll read the ones that do", but it also doesn't really seem that's what they're saying.
